Your responsibilities will include:
Machine Learning Development: Building, training, and fine-tuning large multimodal language models (LLMs). Applying machine learning models to enhance our SaaS platform. Collaborating with external partners to advance ML capabilities. Debugging and resolving end-to-end machine learning issues. Applying strong engineering skills to overcome technical challenges.
Data Science Leadership: Leading the development of data-driven solutions and strategies. Responsible for data processing, analysis, and model deployment. Ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the project lifecycle. Staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our product offerings. Contributing to software development processes as needed. Communicating insights and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment. Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and innovate.
Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) At least 2 - 3 years' of experience in quantitative analytics or data modeling Deep understanding of predictive modeling, machine-learning, clustering and classification techniques, and algorithms Fluency in a programming language (Python, C,C++, Java, SQL) Familiarity with Big Data frameworks and visualization tools (Cassandra, Hadoop, Spark, Tableau)
