Role Purpose We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a 6-month contract to independently drive the recruitment lifecycle for both lateral and volume hiring within our Sales Organization for the Digital Payments Business. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent to support our rapidly growing team, working closely with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies.

Your efforts will be instrumental in meeting our staffing needs efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall success of our Sales Organization by attracting high-quality candidates who align with our company’s goals and culture.

The responsibilities we entrust you with End-to-End Recruitment Management:

Handle the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding in sync with hiring managers, ensuring each hire aligns with our mission and values. Volume and Lateral Recruitment Expertise:

Recruit both in volumes and for lateral positions through various channels, reflecting our commitment to scalability and growth. Collaborate with Business Leaders:

Work with business leaders and hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies, embodying our belief in teamwork and excellence. Promote Diversity and Maintain Talent Pipelines:

Ensure recruitment strategies attract candidates from diverse backgrounds and maintain pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants, showing our proactive and inclusive approach. Create an Exceptional Candidate Experience:

Ensure a smooth transition for candidates into the organization, demonstrating our dedication to enriching lives and continuous improvement. Publish Hiring Reports:

Create and publish detailed hiring reports to highlight progress, plans, timelines, and bottlenecks, showcasing our commitment to transparency and strategic planning.

Qualification: Any Grads/ Post Grads

Years of Experience: 3 to 6 years in Retail and/or Enterprise Sales hiring.
