Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Forwarder Customer Service Sea Export/Import at Round The Clock Logistics Pvt. Ltd. The role involves managing day-to-day customer service operations for sea export and import shipments. This includes handling inquiries and providing timely and accurate information to customers regarding shipment status, customs documentation, rates, and regulations. The Freight Forwarder will also collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient transportation of goods.


Qualifications

  • Experience in freight forwarding, Pricing and customer service
  • Knowledge of export and import procedures and regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Follow-up on enquires with overseas agents and local customers
  • Familiarity with freight transportation systems and documentation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in computer applications and software related to freight forwarding
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of customs clearance processes is a plus
  • Degree or certification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred
