Job Profile: Position details : Lead Developer At least 8-12 years of experience in AWS Glue and Python / Spark, ETL, Database / SQL, BI technologies.

Proficiency and demonstrated experience in the following technologies: AWS Glue, Python, Spark, PostgreSQL, Amazon S3, AWS DMS, AWS Transfer Family, Amazon QuickSight, ETL, Database/SQL, BI and Linux Development. Database and persistence frameworks: PostgreSQL, RDS, Redshift, SQL Server, SQL and performance tuning, database design/modeling. BI and persistence frameworks: Cognos, Tableau, Amazon QuickSight Cloud-based development: AWS Agile Methodologies: Scrum, Kanabn

Roles and Responsibilities Able to play an AWS / ETL / Database/BI Full Stack Engineer role – Lead Developer. Participant in all the project key stakeholder meetings to understand the business requirements. As an individual contributor able to complete the assigned user stories in a given sprint. Capable enough to design the modules individually. Should participate in all the Agile ceremonies and be capable enough to perform all the sprint level activities. Should own the end-to-end delivery of the assigned user stories/feature (development to deployment) and should be able to resolve the team’s technical issues. Should have good communication skills in commuting between offshore and onsite customer stakeholders. Associate should be able to play the Lead FSE role for this requirement. Application system development that integrates with existing enterprise applications, legacy systems and determines the infrastructure approach to meet the new and emerging enterprise requirements. Perform systems design and analysis; develop code to ensure successful and seamless communication among the various IT systems, users and applications components Prepare and present technical concepts to internal audiences. Work with functional team to define the technology framework which defines, develops, and implements delivery systems

Job Requirements: Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that aligns with the Commercial Card business goals and objectives. Strong experience with ETL, Database and BI development concepts in conjunction with AWS. Experience with data interfaces, data security, data quality, algorithms, and databases. Experience with BI reports, data visualization. Facilitate cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of digital technologies into all areas of the business, enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience. Oversee the selection and management of digital tools and platforms, ensuring they meet the organization’s needs for scalability, security, and performance. Drive the cultural change necessary for digital adoption, including training programs and communication strategies to foster a digital-first mindset among employees. Defining, promoting and enforcing architecture frameworks, principles, standards and guidelines for the technology team AWS experience and certification as a key requirement for this role. Working with cross-functional teams to translate customer feedback into Engineering. Collaborating closely with product and operations teams to continuously innovate on cutting edge technologies. Leading and mentoring a team of high performing engineers and helping them approach problems in a structured manner. Working in concert with engineering leadership to develop a culture of autonomy, ownership, and innovation across the team. Develop and execute technology strategies that support Commercial Card business objectives. Implement a scalable architecture that meets the company's growing business needs. Lead the technology team, provide guidance, mentorship and foster a collaborative work culture. Determine the technical direction of projects and ensure adherence to timelines. Evaluate emerging technologies and determine suitability for implementation. Develop and maintain relationships with technology vendors to ensure delivery of high-quality services. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards. Experience in designing solutions at high level as well as low level. Technical knowledge in AWS ETL and BI ecosystem. Good to have experience in migrating applications to cloud and upgrading related tech stack. Should be able to communicate with stakeholders to refine requirements and design solutions. Understanding of SAML authentication, SSO, Data encryption/decryption, data masking, tokenization, certificates. Understanding of Android and iOS mobile applications management, signing, distribution, publishing on Google Play Store and Apple Store. Well versed in Agile Scrum, Kanban methodology and tools like Jira. Knowledge of Splunk monitoring, alerts, dashboards. Thorough understanding of user security concepts, Roles/entitlements, Segregation of duties and Maker-Checker implementations ETL Developer with hands-on exp with AWS Glue (3 to 4 years) & Python, ETL & Database experience is must BI technology experience and spark is preferred Must have exp with Postgres SQL or SQL Server (exp with any AWS database is ok) Linux/Unix Scripting is Must Familiar with Agile & Scrum, some project management exp
