Key Responsibilities: Main revenue driver for the company - manage end-to-end sales processes from outreach, pitching, negotiations, contracting, and post-sales client management. Close sales opportunities with particular focus on high revenue, high impact value deals. Drive Sales Revenue: Generate sales revenue through new business acquisitions for our Blockchain Solutions, Services Globally. Manage Sales Process: Oversee the entire sales process, including lead generation, presenting, contract negotiations, and closing sales. Understand client needs and propose tailored blockchain solutions and Develop and present detailed proposals and technical specs. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables and Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely delivery. Manage project milestones and timelines Achieve Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics contributing to business growth. Define and evaluate new revenue streams and opportunities with existing or new clients. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives and alignment with company goals.

Job Requirements 5 to 8 Years of Experience in Sales & Business Development Minimum

3+ years of experience working in Web3/Blockchain sales, partnerships, business development, or similar roles added advantage. Experience within Web3/Blockchain industry is compulsory Experience working with commercial agreements, including creation and negotiation Experience working with technical team, marketing team and Industry leaders Strong market knowledge of blockchain/Web3 and crypto industry Use tools like Zoho CRM & Sales Navigator to identify and engage potential leads. Experience developing and closing business opportunities across Industries
