Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Coordinate with various departments to schedule meetings, manage appointments, and maintain the office calendar.

Handle packages, and courier services efficiently.

Maintain a clean and organized front office area, ensuring that all necessary materials (brochures, forms, etc.) are readily available.

Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies, ensuring seamless operations across departments.

  1. Support HR and IT departments with tasks like onboarding new employees, preparing meeting rooms, and organizing company events.
  2. Address any visitor inquiries or issues and escalate them to the appropriate personnel if necessary.
  3. Ensure security by following procedures, monitoring the logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
  4. Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and other staff members across various departments.
  5. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with various departments, including IT, HR, and administration, to ensure seamless communication and operations across the organization.
