Position Overview: As a Frontend Developer at iDesign.Market, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for leading a team of developers, driving the technical direction of projects, and ensuring the delivery of robust and scalable software applications.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Software Development.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical guidance and leadership to a team of software developers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and technical specifications. • Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions using best practices. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that meets project requirements. • Architect and design software systems that are scalable, reliable, and performant. Collaborate with the team to review and enhance existing code. • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and knowledge sharing within the team. • Proactively identify and address technical challenges. Work closely with the team to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX/UI designers, and quality assurance, to deliver high-quality software solutions. • Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices. Contribute to the professional growth of team members. • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends. Evaluate and recommend new technologies or approaches to enhance our technical capabilities.

Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. • 2 years of experience in software development. • Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Redux, MongoDB, • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Proven leadership and mentorship capabilities.
