Full Stack Developer

Work from home, UK client, Full-time Full Stack Developer (FAST API & React) position This role is for a substantial, fast-growing and well respected UK Client who has hired us to exclusively recruit for them. Location: Permanent Remote Work from Home in India Experience: 4+ years Shift Timings: 12pm - 9:30pm (Summer), 1pm - 10:30pm (Winter) Roles and responsibilities Develop and Maintain: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using FastAPI (backend) and React (frontend). Collaborate: Work closely with the UK-based team to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions. Lead Projects: Take ownership of projects, leading the design and implementation of new features and improvements. Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines. Optimise Performance: Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for code, APIs, and technical processes. Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior developers in the team, sharing your knowledge and expertise. Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to bring innovative solutions to the team. Required skills and experience Essential Skills: Full Stack Development - 4 + years React - 4 + years Proven experience in developing interactive and dynamic frontends using React. FastPI - 2 + years Strong experience in building robust and scalable backends using FastAPI. RESTful APIs Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs. Database Management - Proficiency in working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar. Version Control Strong experience with version control systems, particularly Git. Desired Experience and Skills: DevOps Skills: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Testing: Experience with automated testing frameworks. UI/UX Design: Understanding of basic UI/UX principles.
