  • Managing the team to ensure timely delivery of the fundsadmin function, ensuring all KPIs and SLAs are met, and providing support to the Fund operations team and various stakeholders across the business.
  • Managing the funds admin activities to ensure Fund operation teams are able to support the stake holders across business. Responsible for review of drawdown workings and notices, to ensure they are consistent across and sent out in a timely manner.
  • Validate the alignment of carry workings with partnership agreements, while coordinating essential internal approvals and arranging carry certificates.
  • Critically evaluate valuations in adherence to the latest Private Equity Valuation Guidelines. Collaborate cross-functionally for presentations to the Valuation Committee.
  • Ensure the preparation of Valuation Decks and critically review and evaluate to be shared with Fund Ops.
  • Collaborate closely with auditor on valuation-related matters, guaranteeing the timely conclusion of valuation audits.
  • Provide key inputs for setting up of new funds in a timely manner.
  • Sign off compliance per the side letter requirements and update side letter reporting matrix.
  • Review of all LP reporting before handing over to Fund ops for a quality review.
  • Diligently review responses to Limited Partner queries, ensuring punctual and accurate replies.
  • Lead the timely resolution of Limited Partner transfer requests.
  • Meticulously assess SPV valuations for specific assets.
  • Review compliance certificates for banks, ensuring their timely submission to relevant stakeholders.
  • Scrutinize track records and ensure their punctual submission to various stakeholders.
  • Ensure preparation and review AIM/SAU decks is done on a timely basis fostering effective communication of critical information.
  • Cultivate seamless communication within teams, ensuring timely task closure and efficient collaboration.
