Due to an significant increase in business and strong plans for further growth, we are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Expert to join our team As a Digital marketing expert, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the overall company's digital marketing strategy for our various markets - Singapore, Australia, UAE, US, UK. The digital strategy is extremely important to our company's success, so your role will be crucial in achieving our business goals and objectives as set out by Global Leadership team. Key duties Data-driven marketing Lead generation through organic and paid channels Develop the strategic content marketing plan for execution across the various digital channels Propose ways to elevate brand image and maintain brand consistencies across platforms and channels. Oversee the user experience and maintenance of our .com and other platforms and channels Develop, plan and execute digital advertising and performance marketing strategies Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness and improve sales conversion. Manage and develop the skillsets of the digital team and build a future vision for digital marketing team Responsibilities Responsible for managing the digital marketing landscape for the business from web, SEO and paid media Manage the strategy and adapt where needed Develop an media strategy to find opportunities to improve on user engagement based on data insights Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget Lead and manage various digital marketing channels Analyse user behaviours and engagement using third-party analytics to improve content and branding Strategic and Creative development and Implementation Propose creative ideas to reach potential customers and open new sales channels Suggest activities for improving the quality of online content Build inbound marketing plans and nurture leads from that offer Be accountable - measure KPIs and ROI on all digital tactics Competitor research and development Research competitors/ influencing brands and provide suggestions for improvement for our brand Keep Leadership Team informed of latest research and forecast future sales and performance trends
