The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the OTR and Farm Sales of the region Responsible for the P&L for the region Responsible for managing a Sales team Responsible for the sales forecast, sales, collections and channel expansion and development Achieve product wise, territory wise sales targets by focusing on the whole range of Products, Sales, Logistics and demand planning Strategize for achieving the given targets for the region Responsible for ad campaigns, Dealer Meets / Mechanical Meets etc. for the region

Qualifications

Experience in Tire industry is a must with in-depth product and market knowledge Experience in stakeholder management, generating and maintaining relationships with sales leads Excellent written and verbal communication skills Candidate to have minimum Graduation (in any stream) with 8-10 years of experience
