- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a seamless integration into our systems and processes.
- Conduct training sessions to familiarise partners with tools, procedures, and best practices.
- Oversee and track the pre- and post-onboarding cycle, ensuring timely completion of all onboarding tasks.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance after onboarding to ensure partner success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the onboarding experience and address any partner concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration.
- Atleast 1-2 years of experience in managing a team of 5-7 FTEs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
