The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms within the Events Industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop visually appealing 2D/ 3D designs, animations, and graphics for event marketing materials, stage setups, props, signage, and other visual elements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and overall creative direction.
- Create 2D/ 3D models, textures, lighting, and rendering that accurately represent the desired visual style and theme of the event.
- Utilize industry-standard software and tools to design and animate 3D elements, including but not limited to Autodesk 3ds Max, Maya, Photoshop, Illustrator, After effect, My 360, Unreal Engine, Revit, Articab or equivalent.
- Conceptualize and pitch innovative ideas and design solutions to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure seamless integration of 3D elements into the overall event setup.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in 3D design, animation, and event production.
- Collaborate with other designers, photographers, videographers, and marketing professionals to create cohesive visual experiences across various event materials and platforms.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality 3D designs within given deadlines.
Requirements :
1) Minimum 5 years work experience from the event industry
2) Graduation in fine arts or masters' in the relevant field
3) Experience of working with a design studio will be an added advantage
4 ) Knowledge of event management processes and an understanding of event production workflows is a plus.
5 ) Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
6 )Must Possess excellent design creativity, flair and positive attitude with a first- class eye for design details;
7) Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and concepts to clients and team members.
