Key Responsibilities:
- Design Leadership:
Spearhead the design process for a variety of marketing materials, encompassing both digital and print assets such as wall graphics, booth panel designs brochures, flyers, social media graphics, email campaigns, presentations, and web content. - Brand Development:
Partner with the marketing team to uphold and advance the company’s brand identity. Ensure that all design outputs comply with brand guidelines and effectively convey our core messages and values. - Creative Strategy:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to grasp project requirements and objectives. Generate creative concepts and design solutions that fulfill the needs of both internal stakeholders and external audiences. - Project Management:
Manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and superior quality. Oversee design timelines and liaise with external vendors or agencies, if necessary. - Video editing:
This expert should also come with hands-on knowledge on videography and editing of raw footages. - Innovation:

Qualifications:
Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline is required. A Master’s degree or additional design certifications will be considered advantageous.
Experience:
Candidates should possess a minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in graphic design for Healthcare/medical sector, accompanied by a robust portfolio that demonstrates a diverse range of design projects and styles.
Skills:
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (including Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere pro, and InDesign) is essential, along with familiarity with other design software such as Sketch and Figma. A solid grasp of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout is necessary.
