Key Skills & Qualifications: Educational Background: Postgraduate Degree in Management, Fellowship Programme in Management, Ph.D., or M.Phil. from a reputed institution. Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in teaching as a faculty member at a recognized university. Curriculum Design: Experience in designing and developing innovative curriculum and measuring program outcomes. Entrepreneurial Exposure: Prior experience in an entrepreneurship course or a startup environment is highly valued. Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for teaching, facilitation, and supporting startups. Organizational Skills: Highly organized with a proactive approach; a “no job is too small” attitude. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital learning platforms. Key Responsibilities: Teaching & Training: Conduct engaging sessions on Entrepreneurship and the Startup Ecosystem for students and train faculty members of partner institutions. Curriculum Development: Lead the design and continuous improvement of the curriculum based on market trends, stakeholder feedback, and program outcomes. Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to aspiring entrepreneurs and startup cohorts, helping them navigate their entrepreneurial journeys. Collaboration: Work with subject matter experts, content curation teams, and platform teams to deliver high-quality learning experiences. Program Management: Manage the end-to-end delivery of courses through online and offline modes, ensuring they meet the foundation’s vision and goals. Content Enhancement: Assist the content team in benchmarking and enhancing existing courses/programs and developing new content modules. Why Join Us?
