Key Responsibilities :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Marketer to join our team to work on UltraCare PRO vertical of company. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in Growth marketing and brand management. This role will involve developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies, overseeing marketing campaigns, and driving brand growth through data-driven insights.

• Brand Strategy:
  Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on brand positioning, messaging, and identity.
• Performance Marketing:
  Oversee and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels (e.G., search, social media, email) to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
• Data-Driven Decision Making:
  Utilize data analytics to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and measure ROI.
• Campaign Management:
  Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to achieve brand awareness, lead generation, and customer satisfaction.
• Team Leadership:
  Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  Work closely with sales, product, and other departments to ensure brand alignment and achieve business goals.

Skills That Define Success:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Over 4 years of experience in brand management or a similar capacity.
• Demonstrated success in performance marketing and digital marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical acumen with the ability to interpret and leverage data insights.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with an innovative approach to problem-solving.
• Proven experience thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
