Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, providing personalized assistance and ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
  2. Welcome guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism, offering detailed information about resort amenities, activities, and dining options, including our in-house restaurant.
  3. Coordinate reservations and seating arrangements for guests dining at the restaurant, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional dining experiences.
  4. Actively engage with guests throughout their stay, anticipating their preferences and proactively addressing any concerns or requests to enhance their overall satisfaction.
  5. Manage guest feedback and complaints efficiently, resolving issues in a timely and empathetic manner to uphold the resort's reputation for excellence.
  6. Collaborate closely with other departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage, to ensure seamless guest experiences across all areas of the resort.
  7. Organize and facilitate special events, celebrations, and activities for guests, working closely with the restaurant team to coordinate dining arrangements and customize experiences as per guest preferences.
  8. Stay updated on local attractions, events, and activities, providing recommendations and assistance to guests looking to explore the surrounding area.
  9. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in all guest interactions, maintaining confidentiality and respecting guests' privacy at all times.
  10. Contribute to the overall success of the resort by actively promoting its services, amenities, and offerings, and striving to exceed guest expectations at every opportunity.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  1. Proven experience in a guest-facing role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel environment.
  2. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and courteously with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Proficiency in reservation management systems and other hospitality software, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly and satisfactorily.
  6. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests, coupled with a genuine interest in hospitality and guest relations.
  7. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required by the demands of the role and the resort's operations.
  8. Knowledge of local attractions, dining options, and recreational activities, with the ability to provide informed recommendations and assistance to guests looking to explore the area.
  9. Professional demeanor and appearance, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in all guest interactions.
  10. Fluency in additional languages, particularly those commonly spoken by the resort's clientele, is considered a strong asset.


Compensation:
