Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic. Website Operations and Enhancements : Oversee day-to-day website operations, ensuring timely updates and continuous improvements in functionality and performance. UI/UX Best Practices:
Ensure the website follows best practices for user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design, creating an intuitive and engaging experience for visitors. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
Design and build conversion rate optimised web pages to maximise lead generation and customer acquisition. Analytics and Insights:
Monitor and analyse website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, providing actionable insights to inform strategy.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in a related discipline, or equivalent. Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms to integrate website and SEO strategies with customer relationship management, optimising user experience and lead generation. Hands-on experience in building CRO web pages. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
