Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Enrollment & Counseling at IMS Learning Resources Pvt. Ltd. in Varanasi. The role involves overseeing the enrollment process, conducting counseling sessions, providing guidance on entrance exams, managing a team of counselors, and ensuring student satisfaction and success.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and counseling abilities
- Knowledge of various entrance exams viz CAT, IIM IPM, CLAT etc.
- Experience in enrollment management and student counseling
- Customer service orientation and student-centric approach
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Relevant certifications in counseling or education management
