Have a clear understanding of the fresher hiring landscape in terms of sectors, geographies, skills, numbers and trends to guide the demand led skilling program of the organization. Develop strong strategic relationship with Industry captains, develop deep understanding of industry requirements and provide specific inputs to internal teams on its skilling service product improvement and development. Develop relationships with employer companies and add to the list of employer partners of Deshpande Skilling and make Deshpande Skilling a preferred hiring partner for 25 of the top 100 employers of degree college fresher pass outs in the country. Lead the placement assistance team of Deshpande Skilling to become a strong fulfillment team, meeting the expectations of employer partners and nurturing and growing existing relationships.
Key Competency and skills
Excellent presentation and communication skills. Should be comfortable to engage in strategic partnership discussions with the CXO’s employer companies to connect the purpose and services of Deshpande Skilling to the requirements of potential partners. The role will be based out of Bangalore and will require frequent travelling to the big employment centers of Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune etc. The role will also require traveling to Hubli and the Impact divisions of Deshpande Skilling in North Karnataka and Telangana.
Education and experience
10 to 15 years of working experience in large companies in India and connected to the HR community. Experience in B2B sales and HR will be most relevant.
