About The Role


The Head of Marketing will lead marketing initiatives from the ground up, expecting to drive a 0 to 1 journey for the company’s marketing efforts. We are looking for a problem solver, a doer—someone who gets things done and isn’t just focused on management but on execution and results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and retention.
  • Lead PPC and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeted at key business decision-makers across industries.
  • Align marketing efforts closely with sales and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and achieve business goals.
  • Execute content marketing initiatives like thought leadership pieces, case studies, and product showcases that demonstrate Magicminds’ expertise.
  • Manage and optimize organic marketing channels (SEO, email marketing, social media) for maximum brand visibility and engagement.
  • Build a data-driven marketing approach with a focus on measuring campaign performance and ensuring high ROI.
  • Be hands-on in delivering marketing initiatives—driving actions, solving problems, and ensuring success at each step.
  • Lead and develop a marketing team focused on creativity, accountability, and performance.


Required Skills:


  • 5+ Years of Proven experience in B2B marketing within IT services or software development industries.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and ABM strategies.
  • Strong capability to build and execute campaigns that resonate with C-suite executives and drive business outcomes in the USA market.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a 0 to 1 journey, establishing marketing foundations from scratch.
  • Hands-on experience in delivering results, managing budgets, and optimizing high-ROI marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on driving action and growth.
