Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:
· Experience in software development with at least 2-4 years in a leadership role ·
Integration of Sales, Purchase, Finance, Manufacturing, and Inventory modules within the ERP system/application (not in-house) · Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java) and frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Django). Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and Microservices architecture is a plus. · Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of developers. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. · Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong analytical mindset. Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide innovative solutions. · Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
