Target Profile- A leadership role with Research and Consulting services organisation, providing outsourced research solutions to consumer business research stakeholders

Reports to Co Founders of the Research organisation.

Job Responsibilities : Own research deliverables of all the sizeable projects of the client organisation Mentor, manage research practice and grow holistic research competency Provide leadership support to delivery team, help them achieve quality and operational excellence Assist the business development team in winning new clients Identify and establish best practices with in the research teams and create training framework to scale the quality customer deliverables Support marketing initiatives, write thought leadership papers, and represent the company on various media platforms. Be hands on Research leader

Customer oriented, with excellent communication skills. Capable multi-tasker with a keen eye for detail, analytical orientation. High achiever, driven, motivated to deliver results. Excellent in Sales and Business development.

Ideal Candidate:

Qualification : MBA (with excellent academic records, from premier business schools preferred)

- 15 plus years of experience, atleast 10+ years of experience in managing teams in B2C & B2B Domains research - Experience in market research industry, handling Consumer Research, Business research clients - Preferential experience in leading and growing delivery teams - Ideally, experience across multiple research domains
