Position Summary


As the Head of Product Management for EverAI Labs, you will lead a team responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of multiple technology products focused on transforming contact centers. This division operates independently, with the agility and innovation of a startup, backed by the resources of a large company. Your role is crucial in the success of our products by leading a dynamic team of product managers, UI/UX designers, and technical writers, while collaborating closely with the Head of Engineering to deliver cutting-edge solutions.


Principle Accountabilities (Key Result Areas)


  • AI Product Strategy:
    Define and drive the product vision and strategy for AI-based products, in alignment with the division’s goals and the broader company objectives.
  • AI Expertise:
    Utilize your knowledge of AI technologies, machine learning, and data science to guide product development and ensure the successful implementation of AI features.
  • Team Management:
    Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5+ product managers, UI/UX designers, and technical writers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Product Lifecycle Management:
    Oversee the entire AI product lifecycle from concept to launch, including market research, user needs analysis, competitive analysis, product roadmap, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with the Head of Engineering and data science teams to ensure seamless integration of AI technologies into product offerings.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for the Head of Strategy and other senior leaders, providing regular updates on product progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Customer Focus:
    Engage with customers, partners, and industry experts to gather feedback on AI features, ensuring our products meet market needs and exceed customer expectations.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
    Making:
    Leverage AI analytics and customer feedback to inform product decisions and prioritize AI-driven features and enhancements.
  • Budget Management:
    Manage the product management budget, with efficient allocation of resources to achieve strategic objectives.

  • Leadership Skills:
    Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, manage complex projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Technical Acumen:
    Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, natural language processing, and data science, with experience in applying these technologies to real-world products. Ability to understand complex technical concepts and work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Communication Skills:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate product vision and strategy to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Knowledge


  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field;
    MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience:
    12+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple product teams, with experience in managing AI products or technologies.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    Strong background in contact center technology or related fields, with a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
