We are looking for a hardworking, experienced sales professional for the position of Area Sales Manager – Channel Sales Inverters and Batteries who will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team within specified region in India. The candidate should have a solid sales background with proven track record of 4-6 years in building channel sales and distribution network preferably in inverters and batteries. The incumbent is expected to have showcased strong leadership skills in managing a highly motivated sales team.The right candidate should have good knowledge in Home UPS solutions, Inverters and Batteries for home and commercial use etc.The position is going to be based in Assam, IndiaJob Role & Responsibilities:Effectively lead and manage the sales team and develop channel sales network for Home UPS, Inverters and batteries for home and small commercial use.Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, essential for the success of the sales team.Ensure team’s achievement towards monthly sales targets and encourage higher performance improvements.Monitor the sales performance of the team and provide regular progress reports as the Area Sales Manager.Identify new business opportunities and work to expand the customer base within the area.Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Experience & Skills:Proven experience in sales and sales management for 4-6 years, preferably in batteries and inverters.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Educational QualificationBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.MBA in Sales and Marketing can be an added advantageAbout EASTMANEastman Auto & Power Ltd (EAPL), established in 2006, India’s fastest growing Energy Storage solutions, Solar Energy and Power Electronics Company with an annual revenue of USD 300 Million and an employee base of 4000+ globally.
