Job Summary - We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales and Operations Leader

to lead our CIO (Community Impact Officer)/ Micro Franchise Success Operations by and deliver meticulous operations to ensure the highest satisfaction of end consumers, thereby delivering revenue and profitability to the company. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring the alignment between sales objectives and overall business goals. You will lead a team of CIO Success Managers (CSM) and Area Managers to ensure operations run smoothly to deliver high degree of CIO satisfaction, making daily, weekly monthly sales and operations plan, execute the plan and deliver business outcomes as aligned in the OKR, resolve issues using data-driven insights, manage business continuity risks, and actively contribute to strategies that support long-term revenue growth and organizational success. The ideal candidate will be a sales operations expert, strategic thinker, skilled in managing teams, with a passion for delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

Deliverables:

Revenue Growth:

Lead the CIO Success Operations with responsibility for the revenue product mix and ensuring the achievement of revenue and growth targets while managing costs and optimizing margins.

Expansion of CIO network - You will be responsive for the the business development and recruitment of more CIO (microfranchise) to increase the business and footprint in your region.

Operational Excellence:

Continuously analyze operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to improve performance, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

Develop and implement annual and monthly operating plans aligned with Zeno 2027 strategy and annual OKRs, ensuring alignment between business goals and operational execution.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments (product, marketing, sales, etc.) to ensure integrated efforts, driving overall company success and cohesive execution across teams.

Leadership and Team Management:

Lead daily operations, guiding the team to meet monthly and quarterly sales and operational targets. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cadences to maintain focus on key goals and objectives.

Risk Management & Compliance:

Proactively identify and manage business continuity risks, including audits, vendor/partner management, and administration, ensuring smooth and compliant business operations.
