Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the mid-high ticket education space, the ability to build and lead a high-performing sales team, and the ability to drive substantial revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

Team Building and Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a top-tier sales team. Foster a collaborative, high-energy sales culture focused on achieving targets and delivering exceptional results.

Revenue Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities and drive sales initiatives to expand our market presence.

Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Ensure the sales team utilizes CRM tools effectively for pipeline management and reporting.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Market Insights: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance our offerings based on market needs and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 4-10 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the high ticket edtech space. Proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams and achieving significant revenue growth.

Skills: Exceptional leadership and team-building skills. Strong understanding of sales strategies and methodologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics.
