Responsibilities :
- Run a 3500 SFT retail store that houses 120+bikes. Take care of day-to-day retail operations and liasioning.
- Manage a frontend sales team of 4-5 sales associate
- Manage the in-store customer experience to deliver a outstanding atmosphere for customers coming in to the store.
KPIs:
- Sales targets from the store. Govern the visits done in store to sales done as a metric.
- Customer nps of the store.
- Operational expenditure for the store.
- Team happiness quotient of the retail store.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations/ retail sales role.
- High Proficiency in excel and google sheet.
- Good communication skills
- High sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Past experience in running logistics/ groceries dark stores, running large format retail store operations, running qsr outlets or managing retail store operations in the allied space will be super fit for this role.
- Folks from hospitality industry have an extra edge for the said role
