  • Create and maintain new hire and personnel files and enter them into Human Resources Information Systems
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files
  • Managing the on-boarding processes of the new employees
  • Operating the day-to-day operations of the human resource department
  • Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues
  • Support processing and maintenance of payroll records in accordance with policies and procedures, as necessary
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others;
    support team to reach common goals;
    listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
  • Email follow-up for Joining Formalities, Statutory Compliance, Exit Formalities, Payroll, Attendance and Leave Management
  • Provide support to employees for various topics, like Leaves, compensation, grievances etc.
  • Well versed with all HR functions including recruitment coordination, attendance, Payroll Processing, etc.
  • Creating and maintaining MIS reports.
  • Generating Talent letters using pre-defined templates as per requirements
  • Generating offer letters and validation of documents on both the stages – Pre and Post onboarding.
  • Cross-collaboration with our Talent Acquisition colleagues for offer generation
  • Focus on improvement of the employee user experience and driving a self-service model across various platforms

· Distributing offer letters and contracts to new and existing staff

· Compliance and meticulous management of all Employee administration

· Update spreadsheets systematically to track on-off boarding progress

· Contribute to the continuous development of department and ensure efforts are aligned with Company standards
