<ul><li><strong>Creating a competency framework for the organization</strong></li><li><strong>Identifying gaps in competencies</strong></li><li><strong>Create Individual Development Plans</strong></li><li><strong>Work with Learning & Development team to bridge the gaps</strong></li><li><strong>Run the PMS cycles, different for positions as per their levels. We also have a monthly score card process for all key positions in the organization.</strong></li><li><strong>Implement all of the above through the HRMS software being currently implemented in the organization.</strong></li><li><strong>Your KRAs would be effective implementation of the above and bring about continuous positive changes in the organization. Focus would be on implementation and results.</strong></li><li><strong>The position will report to the Director and work with HR Consultant and the internal HR team.</strong></li></ul><p><br></p>
