Position Overview: OrangePeople is seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in IT consulting to join our Hyderabad team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and coordination skills, hands-on experience with HR policies, employment laws, requirements mapping, onboarding & offboarding processes,employee engagement, performance reviews, event organization, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Zoho People and payroll management is essential. The role requires the ability to coordinate with international teams and flexibility to adjust work hours as needed to support global operations.

Key Responsibilities: HR Policy & Compliance:

Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Regularly review and update policies to align with industry best practices and legal requirements. Recruitment & Requirements Mapping:

Collaborate with hiring managers to map out staffing requirements, source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the full recruitment cycle to meet organizational needs. Onboarding & Offboarding:

Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Performance Management:

Lead the performance review process, working closely with managers and employees to set goals, provide feedback, and develop performance improvement plans. Employee Engagement & Events:

Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, corporate events, and team-building initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work environment. Training & Development:

Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to support employee growth and skill enhancement. HR Administration:

Manage HR-related documentation, maintain employee records, and handle day-to-day HR operations, including handling queries and resolving employee issues. Zoho People & Payroll Management:

Utilize Zoho People for HR management, including employee data, performance tracking, and leave management. Oversee payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements. International Coordination:

Work effectively with international teams, understanding diverse cultural and operational dynamics. Coordinate across time zones and be flexible with work hours as needed to support global operations. Reporting & Analytics:

Maintain and analyze HR metrics and reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic planning and decision-making.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree in HR or equivalent is a plus. At least 5 years of experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role within the IT consulting industry. Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance requirements in India. Hands-on experience with Zoho People and payroll management. Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record in managing recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and employee engagement. Ability to work effectively with international teams and adapt to different time zones as required. Strong organizational, presentation, and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Local candidate residing in Hyderabad, India, with an understanding of the local talent market.
