<p><strong>HR Manager</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Industry</strong>: Manufacturing</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location </strong>: Kanjikode, Palakkad</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience </strong>: 7+ years</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Salary </strong>: Rs.50k to Rs.70k per annum</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare and work on functional objectives and goals for the human resource team, aligned with our Organizational goals and strategies</li><li>Review the progress of team, tasks and strategies regularly, make necessary modifications for an effective implementation and desired results.</li><li>Research, develop and implement such HR policies and organizational strategies that boost and improve the work environment for employees. Also develop the strategies for attract and retain knowledgeable and skillful candidates</li><li>Create most efficient employee benefits and compensation plans</li><li>Analyse the performance metrics of a recruitment drive and provide insights and suggestions to improve the HR recruitment process</li><li>Collaborate with HR team and other functional heads and make plans the employee career progression, training and skill developments.</li><li>Analyse HR statistics and metrics like employee performance, turnover, retention, and cost per hire rate.</li><li>Work and define the budget for HR programs</li><li>Maintain the law and assure that the processes comply with all statutory norms.</li><li>Liaison with various statutory bodies and obtain all certifications and permissions to run the business smoothly.</li><li>Create and maintain warmth with employee forums and trade unions for a win-win situation in factory.</li><li>Conduct programs and campaigns for total employee involvement in the business.</li><li>Manage the labour issues like code of conduct, ethics, employee retention, and policy adherence</li><li>Prepare and maintain all documentation required for.</li><li>Ensure the policies and measures for establishing the workspace safety.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Candidates with keen interest can apply here or share their CV/contact details at <strong>(e-mail removed) </strong>We will get back to you & discuss further in confidence.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
