The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications and Skills</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>1 to 3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role</li><li>Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment process</li><li>Knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong negotiation and offer management abilities</li><li>Ability to screen and evaluate candidates effectively</li><li>Experience in data management and reporting</li><li>Adaptability and problem-solving skills</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms, job portals)</li><li>Screen resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates</li><li>Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews</li><li>Create and update job descriptions</li><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment process for multiple job positions</li><li>Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs</li><li>Negotiate salary and contractual terms with candidates</li><li>Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process</li><li>Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings</li><li>Prepare regular reports on recruitment activity</li><li>Stay up-to-date with current recruitment trends and best practices</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
