What we are looking for
1+ years of experience in a similar profile Experience in the complete life cycle of recruitment from Sourcing to On-boarding Experience in handling full-time IT recruitment processes, end to end recruitment. Focus on sourcing quality resumes through job portals, headhunting, etc Ability to develop recruitment strategies, policies, and procedures - from sourcing to onboarding top talent Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously Proven track record recruiting highly sought-after skill sets, especially software engineers. Experience in handling HR activities would be a plus Strong negotiation and convincing skills Experience in organising various employee engagement activities.
