Job Summary:

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management within designated business units. The role serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues and acts as an employee champion and change agent. The HRBP Manager assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, communicates proactively with the HR department and business management, and seeks to develop integrated solutions. This position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives. Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning. Lead change management initiatives to improve organizational culture and employee engagement. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs. Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met. Partner with recruitment teams to ensure effective hiring strategies are implemented. Guide managers on performance management processes including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans. Assist in developing and tracking KPIs to measure the success of HR initiatives. Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions). Partner with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. HR Policy and Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with local and national regulations. Stay current on labor law updates and HR trends to provide best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. HR certifications is an advantage. (If any) Minimum of 10 years of HR experience with at least 6 years in an HRBP role or a managerial position. Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement. Skills: Strong business acumen and understanding of the business strategy. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to build strong relationships with employees and business leaders at all levels. Proven track record of executing HR initiatives that drive business results. Proficient in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis.
