Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are a jewelry manufacturing company based out of Jaipur.

As the Quality Check Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet or exceed quality standards and customer expectations. You will be on production floor making sure that processes are being followed pan. Daily basis and finished goods are of top quality. You will be supervising the work of craftsmen and kaarigar full time and ensure that the jewellery is produced as per timeline, following all quality protocols and packaged as per the guidelines.

Key Responsibilities: Quality Check: Supervision of kaarigar and craftsmen to ensure highestnpossible quality standards are being met at all steps of production.

Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor the kaarigars ensuring that they adhere to established procedures and quality standards. Inspection & Testing: Oversee and perform regular inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to identify and address quality issues. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities. Prepare reports and present findings to senior management. Customer Feedback: Address and resolve customer complaints and product returns related to quality issues. Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Qualifications: Experience: 3-5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance roles. Abilities: Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision. Capacity to lead change and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
