We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of HR processes and procedures.

We are looking for a dynamic and confident HR & Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a versatile skill set, capable of handling office administration, managing events, ensuring legal and statutory compliance, and liaising with government offices. This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable with both independent work and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring an efficient and organized workplace.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
  • Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

Human Resources:

  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation, orientation, and training.
  • Assist with the training and development programs for employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
  • Support employee engagement activities and foster a positive workplace culture.

Legal & Statutory Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare and manage documentation for legal and statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate and assist in internal and external audits, ensuring all compliance measures are met.

Liaising & Government Office Visits:

  • Liaise with government agencies, legal entities, and external stakeholders as required.
  • Handle visits to government offices for compliance matters, registrations, and other official purposes.

Audit & Compliance:

  • Assist in preparing for and conducting audits, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are in place.
  • Stay updated on changes in statutory regulations and ensure the company’s practices remain compliant.

Travel & Work-Related Activities:

  • Be available for work-related travel, including site visits, meetings with external partners, and government offices.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries as needed.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

  • Engage confidently with employees, management, and external partners, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR and office-related queries, resolving issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in HR administration and office management roles.
  • Strong understanding of legal and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel for work-related purposes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with audits and legal compliance in a corporate setting.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and government regulations.
  • Prior experience in event management and employee training programs.
