Role Overview :- As the HR Business Partner (HRBP) - Sales at IgniteAndRise, you will be a key player in aligning HR strategies with sales objectives, driving talent management initiatives, and supporting the sales team in achieving their goals. Your role will involve partnering with sales leaders to address HR needs and challenges, facilitating effective talent management, and enhancing overall team performance.

Key Responsibilities :- HR Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with sales leadership to align HR strategies with sales goals, ensuring effective talent management and development. Talent Acquisition: Partner with recruitment teams to identify and attract top sales talent, managing the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Onboarding & Integration: Oversee the onboarding process for new sales hires, ensuring a smooth transition and quick integration into the sales team. Employee Relations: Address employee relations issues within the sales team, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment. Performance Management: Implement and manage performance management systems for the sales team, supporting managers in setting goals, conducting reviews, and addressing performance issues. Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and overall team effectiveness. HR Support: Serve as the primary HR contact for sales team members, providing advice on HR policies, procedures, and career development opportunities. Data & Reporting: Analyze HR metrics and sales performance data to provide insights and recommendations for improving team performance and achieving sales targets. Change Management: Support the sales team through organizational changes, ensuring effective communication and smooth transitions. Talent Management: Develop and implement strategies to retain top sales talent and address any gaps in skills or performance. Daily Reporting: Submit accurate and timely daily reports to your Reporting Manager, highlighting key HR activities and updates.

Compensation Details :- 1.

The initial compensation will be variable for the first six months from the date of joining. 3.

During this period, payment will be performance-based, with ₹10,000 awarded for each successful recruitment and integration of sales hires. 4.

️ Payments will be disbursed within 60 to 90 days. 5.

After the initial six months, your compensation will transition to a fixed CTC, including a 20-40% increase based on performance and tenure. 6. Basic Salary: ₹30,000 per month

, payable upon the completion of your contract. Early departure will forfeit the basic salary. 7. Total Basic Earnings: ₹1,80,000 for a 6-month period
