About the Role:

Internal Sales Manager is responsible to generate business by selling the courses offered by ExcelR Edtech Pvt Ltd.


Responsibilities:

  • Inside sales managers interact with assigned potential and existing leads through emails, telephone calls, and WhatsApp chats to persuade them to purchase the course they have enquired about on the website and other sources with ExcelR.
  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
  • Understanding customers' needs and guiding them on the course they have enquired about.
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
  • Explaining and demonstrating the USPs of the training programs they are looking for.
  • Upselling the courses and closing sales and achieving sales targets on time.
  • Assist prospective students with questions or concerns while maintaining a professional and friendly attitude.


Qualifications:

Fluency in telugu is mandatory
