What You’ll Do:

The incumbent is responsible for providing HR support to achieve overall business goals, managing the complete employee lifecycle and ensuring statutory compliance.
The role includes designing and supporting organization-wide talent management programs, including performance management and HR data analytics.
Responsible for comprehensive workforce planning and budgeting to address current and future business needs.
Drive Learning & Development and employee engagement initiatives. Set SMART KRA/KPIs for all roles and gather employee feedback to improve the work environment.
Promote better communication and collaboration within the unit. Analyze exit interview reports and initiate activities to reduce turnover and retain talent.

What We Are Looking For:

Any Graduate with an MSW/MBA in HR.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in an HRBP role.
Experience with PMS processes and goal setting. Employee Engagement Initiatives and their impact on the workforce.
Experience in manpower budgeting and TA metrics.
Knowledge of Rewards and Recognition practices.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Proven team leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
