It is the only refractory group worldwide fully dedicated to and streamlined for offering top-of-the-line refractory solutions specifically to the glass industry. The business produces refractory solutions ranging in the fused-cast AZS ER range, the alumina Jargal range, the sintered (white bonded) range, and the feeder expendable range.We also offer partnerships through SEFPRO-Care and SEFPRO Guard for technical collaboration in the furnace life cycle.In 2002, SEFPRO started operations when Saint-Gobain acquired a plant in Palakkad. In addition to Palakkad, SEFPRO has manufacturing facility at Perundurai near Erode in Tamilnadu.Qualification: MBA-HR/MHRM/PGDM-HR/MA-HRExperience: 2-3yrsTo support, drive and execute various HR processes starting from 'Hire to Retire' including Recruitment, Onboarding, Training, Communication, Engagement.To ensure internal and external customer experience and support in various steps of the recruitment process - Establish requisite contacts and maintain good relations with all good consultants and associated vendors. Timely renewal of agreements. Ensure end to end recruitments process steps are carried out within timelines and with accuracy.Coordination of pre-joining formalities and induction planTo support learning & development initiatives - Coordinate and ensure support for all training participants, vendor management, Collect and review quality feedback after each trainingDrive employee engagement & communication - Design Engagement calendar and ensure communicaton and coverage of any event, annual cycles, company processesSupport and participate in routine HR practices - Support in monthly reporting, audits and other relevant HR assignments
