Job Summary:

Kauvery Hospital is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Executive to manage and oversee our payroll processes, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and support other HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to travel for recruitment and training purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Management:
  • Oversee and manage the entire payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of salaries.
  • Handle payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.
  • Maintain payroll records and generate reports as required.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring they are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Facilitate communication between staff and management to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees, including document verification, training, and orientation.
  • HR Policy Implementation:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that all HR policies are communicated effectively to staff and adhered to.
  • Travel:
  • Willingness to travel for recruitment, training, and other HR-related activities as needed.
  • Training and Development:
  • Support the planning and execution of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on payroll management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in HRIS and payroll software.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
