The HR Executive -Recruitment will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from identifying staffing needs to sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various recruitment techniques and be able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet the company’s hiring goals. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Planning: Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Plan and execute recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates. Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks, to source candidates. Build a strong talent pipeline to ensure timely hiring. Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Assist in conducting interviews and assessing candidates. Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates. Negotiate employment terms and conditions as necessary. Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Coordinate with relevant departments to prepare for the new employee’s arrival. Employer Branding: Support initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice. Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and campus hiring drives. Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities. Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire. Compliance: Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and employment laws. Keep up-to-date with changes in recruitment and labor laws. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate environment. Strong understanding of recruitment practices and techniques. Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools (e.g., ATS). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. High level of professionalism and integrity. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Human Resources Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
