The HR Executive -Recruitment will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from identifying staffing needs to sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various recruitment techniques and be able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet the company’s hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Planning:

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Plan and execute recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates.

Sourcing Candidates:

  • Utilize various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks, to source candidates.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline to ensure timely hiring.

Screening & Interviewing:

  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Assist in conducting interviews and assessing candidates.

Offer Management:

  • Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
  • Negotiate employment terms and conditions as necessary.

Onboarding:

  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to prepare for the new employee’s arrival.

Employer Branding:

  • Support initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and campus hiring drives.

Data Management & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.

Compliance:

  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and employment laws.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in recruitment and labor laws.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment practices and techniques.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools (e.G., ATS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Human Resources
  • Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
