The ideal candidate need to have experience with following HR functions: Recruitment: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions. Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for final selection. Manage job postings on various job boards and social media platforms. Handle the entire recruitment cycle from job requisition to onboarding. Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives. Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to improve workplace culture. Address employee concerns and grievances, fostering a positive work environment. Managing work anniversaries, bank accounts, notice board Tracking PoSH compliance and filing reports timely Executing Disclosure form cadence HR Operations: Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Manage employee attendance, leave records Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations. Execution of all tasks related to PF, Payroll, Tax, Exit formalities, HRMS Manage organization chart and span of control Assist HR Head in auditing and updating HR policies and processes Tracking disciplinary actions and maintaining history of the same HR Analytics: Prepare HR reports and presentations for management. Assist in organizing HR events, meetings, and other administrative tasks. Support the HR team in various ad-hoc projects as required.

Qualifications: 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Recruitment, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with KEKA HRMS (Must) Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong organizational and time management skills.
