This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Meerut. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and policy implementation. Additionally, they will ensure compliance with labor laws, manage payroll, and support organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives.
