Job Purpose

:To grow & increase penetration of Drywalls in Healthcare & Hospitality sectors. Bring awareness and develop new client accounts for Drywall in the given zone.

Key Responsibilities: Evaluate market trends, gather information from market on competition’s activity, substitute products and systems & market mapping and prepare quarterly analysis report on Healthcare & Hospitality sector. Business development for driving Drywalls category, business growth in the sector. Build strong focus and category creation for Drywalls and Penetration. Build a robust network amongst Clients, Architects, Developers, Consultants, turnkey interior Contractors, and other influencers. Proactively initiate and engage with the stakeholders and deliver solution presentations. Responsible for achieving targets to develop new accounts in the region. Develop case studies and customer testimonials for Drywall in Healthcare and Hospitality. Support sales team with warm leads, follow up for conversion and potential new account penetration opportunities. Representation in various sector specific events and forums.

Job Knowledge/Work Experience: B2B Business Development - Market mapping, Lead Generation and Management, Influencer Engagement, Sector understanding 4 to 8 years of relevant experience preferably in Healthcare/ Hospitality sector.
