Job Summary:

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization. This role involves recruitment, team management, corporate engagement, HR compliance, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations, including PF, ESIC, and other statutory obligations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR operations, labor law compliance, employee engagement, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees. Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and develop workforce plans. Team Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team to ensure efficient and effective HR service delivery. Identify training and development needs and create initiatives to foster employee growth and career development. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management. Corporate Engagement & Culture Building: Drive employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a positive work environment. Develop and implement programs to foster employee well-being, satisfaction, and retention. Act as a bridge between management and employees to ensure smooth communication and alignment of goals. HR Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and company policies. Stay updated on changing labor laws and advise management on required changes in HR policies and procedures. Oversee statutory compliances, including PF, ESIC, gratuity, minimum wages, etc. Labor Law & Statutory Compliance: Ensure the organization’s adherence to labor laws and regulations, including PF, ESIC, and other relevant statutes. Manage payroll administration, ensuring timely submission of PF, ESIC, and TDS-related documents. Handle audits related to labor laws, statutory compliances, and HR operations. HR Analytics & Reporting: Track key HR metrics and provide reports to management on employee turnover, recruitment timelines, and performance metrics. Analyze data and trends to improve HR policies, retention strategies, and performance management systems. Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in HR management with a focus on recruitment, employee engagement, and HR compliance. Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, and gratuity. Proven experience in team management and corporate HR practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HRMS software and Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in HRM, Labor Law, or relevant courses. Prior experience working in Startups
