Implementation Manager


Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead and manage the HR digital transformation process for Akrivia HCM, both as an individual contributor and by overseeing a team of implementation consultants.


Responsibilities:


Leadership & Management:


  • Lead and manage a team of implementation consultants, ensuring successful delivery of the product to customers.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to post-go-live support, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.


Individual Contribution:


  • Directly manage and deliver end-to-end implementation of Akrivia HCM for key clients.
  • Perform business process mapping, requirement gathering, gap analysis, and workaround solutioning.
  • Execute system configurations, facilitate user acceptance testing, and conduct training sessions.
  • Provide post-go-live support and ensure smooth transition to the Customer Success team.


Project Management:


  • Develop and maintain the project charter, including timelines and milestones.
  • Prepare detailed blueprint and functional specification documentation tailored to client-specific use cases.
  • Ensure sign-off at each milestone through effective stakeholder management and communication.


Change Management:


  • Guide customers through the change management process, managing expectations and addressing concerns from both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support customers in achieving successful go-live, ensuring all aspects of the implementation are aligned with their business objectives.


Documentation & Handover:


  • Prepare comprehensive documentation throughout the implementation process.
  • Coordinate a seamless handover to the Customer Success team post-implementation.


Requirements:


  • MBA/PGDM (HR) from a top-ranked MBA college preferred.
  • Strong foundational knowledge in HR concepts and best practices is essential.
  • Extensive experience in HRMS system implementation (e.G., SuccessFactors, Workday, Darwinbox etc) is mandatory.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team of consultants while contributing individually.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills are required.
