Responsibilities:Set short and long-term client visions for every stage of the customer lifecycle.Follow the comprehensive strategies and roadmaps created within the set deadlineCreate monthly and annual communication strategies for each brand.Optimise strategies based on performance insights.Participate in designing and implementing automated strategies to boost customer engagement and nurture long-term relationships.Develop and optimise marketing automation workflows to enhance efficiency and minimise manual intervention.Ensure messaging and communication align with brand guidelines and meet quality standardsConduct A/B testing on campaign elements and apply findings consistently to optimise performance.Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insightsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to analyse the effectiveness of customer acquisition and retention campaigns.Work on journey optimization to improve the end-to-end customer experience.Must be acquainted with social media marketing and optimization of content to achieve brand objectivesSkills required:● Experience in marketing automation or a wider digital marketing role● Comfortable with working to tight deadlines and with strong attention to detail.● Strong communication skills● Experience in strategizing for marketing campaigns● Experience in setting up automated campaigns in marketing automationplatforms● Experience with direct marketing channels such as email, WhatsApp, and PushNotifications preferred● Ability to pivot quickly and make fast decisions based on changing needs in ahigh-growth environmentLocation Mumbai Only
